What is the delivery time?

Your card is usually ready for shipping the next business day. The rest of the delivery time is up to the carrier. In most cases, your card will be delivered within 3 business days (Netherlands). For other European countries, the card is usually delivered within 5 business days.

Can I receive my product faster?

It is almost impossible to go much faster than it is now.

What happens after I order my Pokémon card?

Once you have ordered your own Pokémon card, we will check the card completely and ensure that it is ready for printing.

Sometimes we may want to make an adjustment to the map (usually change the size of the photo). Keep an eye on your email for this because we do not make changes without permission.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €5.95 for the Netherlands and €9.95 for European countries.

How can I return my card?

Because this is a custom product it is not possible to return your card. If there is something wrong with your card please contact us.

What if I am not satisfied with my card?

We want to deliver the best quality at all times, but if the card does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible via info@custompokecard.com and describe what is wrong with the card and add a photo if possible. Your complaint will be looked at as soon as possible and an alternative or solution will be offered if necessary.

Always check your design carefully. CustomPokéCard is not responsible for technical errors such as incorrect formatting, filling, (spelling) errors and low resolution files sent etc.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay via the website in many different ways, such as iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard and BanContant. The choice is yours.
